📦 Processing Time

  • In-stock: Dispatched within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Pre-order: 10-30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). A full refund or exchange will be provided if an item is out of stock. (Note: Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are ready.)

    • Free SF Express shipping on orders over HKD 500 (1-3 Days).
    • Free Surface Mail for a single item (5-14 Days. Please note: Buyer assumes all mailing risks for this option).

    • Free SF Express shipping on orders over HKD 500. For orders under the threshold, the shipping fee will be collected upon delivery (SF Express Pay on Delivery).

  • 2026 Overseas Shipping Policy: Due to Hong Kong Post updates, all standard overseas orders are now shipped via the "e-Express" service. This service provides full online tracking but does NOT require a signature upon delivery.
  • 💡 Delivery Tip: e-Express provides door-to-door delivery. If no one is usually home during office hours, we highly recommend using your office address as the shipping destination.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. Buyers assume all risks for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed deliveries, or after the tracking status shows "Delivered". If a delivery fails, the parcel is usually redirected to your local official post office. Please use your Tracking Number to inquire and collect it in person.
