Return and exchange policy

Guests must be aware that orders cannot be canceled or modified after payment and confirmation.

The jewelry pre-order period is 10-30 days, excluding Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays.

Please consider carefully before placing an order and do not rush the order.



All accessories will be carefully inspected by hand before shipment.

If there is any major defect in the ornament itself, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours after receipt.

・The returned product must be in brand new condition and the packaging must not be damaged

All accessories are taken from real photos, and the color will be subject to the actual product.

If the size is guessed by yourself, the style is unsatisfactory, the color is different, or the product is damaged by man-made damage, it will not be returned or exchanged.

Silver 925 has a soft texture. Surface scratches will inevitably occur during the production and transportation process, or there may be slight differences in styles due to batches. This does not constitute a defect.

If the ear pins are bent due to transportation, you can adjust them lightly

Note: Engraving style

Customized engraved jewelry is a customized style and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm the size before placing an order and do not guess the size by yourself .


Return and exchange arrangement

1. Please contact us within 48 hours after receipt and take a picture of the location of the defect on the jewelry.

2. We will arrange a replacement/refund after confirming the defective condition.

3. For refunds made by customers who paid with PayPal, a handling fee of 3.9% + HK$2.35 of the transaction amount will be deducted.
