Orders & Shipping

  • Order Confirmation: To ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, cancellations or modifications cannot be made once payment is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Pre-orders: Pre-order items are sourced directly from wholesale in Dongdaemun, Korea. Please allow 10-30 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for careful preparation. Good things take time, and we sincerely appreciate your patience!

🛡️ Return & Exchange Policy

  • Basic Terms: All items, including jewelry and watches, are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective. (No refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective.)
  • Defective Items Handling: In the rare event of a major defect, please contact our Instagram Customer Service with clear photos within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your package. The item must remain in a brand-new, unused condition with original packaging. We will assist you as quickly as possible. Late requests will not be accepted.

⚠️ Exclusions (Non-Defective Items)

To protect both parties and maintain strict hygiene standards, returns and exchanges are not accepted under the following conditions:

  • Customized Items: Custom-engraved jewelry is made-to-order. Please refer to our size guide carefully before purchasing, as these items are final sale.
  • Personal Preferences: Incorrect size estimation, dislike of the style, slight color discrepancies due to monitor displays, or human-caused damage after wearing.
  • Natural Material Characteristics: 925 solid silver is an inherently soft metal. Minor hairline scratches from production/shipping, or slightly bent earring posts (which can easily be straightened with gentle finger pressure) are normal physical properties of the metal and do not constitute a defect.

💳 Refund Process

  • Once a refund is approved for a defective item, if the original payment was made via Credit Card, the refund amount will be subject to a deduction for the third-party payment gateway transaction fee (3.9% of the total transaction amount + HK$2.35).
