Shipping and pre-order arrangements

• Ready-made jewelry will be shipped within 2-5 days according to the order order after the order is confirmed.

• Except for the accessories written as preorder, which require pre-order, other items are on sale in stock.

• The ordering period for pre-ordered accessories is 10 to 30 days, excluding Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays.

• If the pre-ordered goods fail to arrive within 30 days, the customer will be notified and the goods will be shipped first.

• If the pre-ordered items are out of stock, a full refund will be issued

• Email notification will be sent after all items are shipped

• Tracking Number will be provided if shipped by SF Express or registered airmail

Logistics arrangements

• If you buy one piece in Hong Kong, regular postage is included (the buyer is responsible for the postage risk)

• Free SF Express shipping for purchases over HKD $450 or above in Hong Kong

• Free SF Express shipping on purchases of HKD $500 or more in Macau (applicable to accessories only)

• Free shipping on purchases of HKD $500 or above in Taiwan (applicable to accessories only)

• Registered airmail is included for purchases of HKD $700 or above from other countries (applicable to accessories only)

• Bag delivery is only available in Hong Kong/Macau

Precautions

• All sizes are international standards. Due to different styles or designs, there may be slight errors. If you have any questions, please contact us.

•Silver 925 may turn yellow due to oxidation, so you need to use a silver wipe regularly to maintain its luster.

• When the jewelry is not being worn, it is recommended to store it in a sealed bag to avoid exposure to air to reduce the chance of oxidation.

• It is normal for sterling silver gold-plated jewelry to have a certain lifespan and may cause the gold plating on the surface to peel off and become lighter due to personal constitution or wearing habits.

• The texture of Silver 925 is relatively soft. There may be slight flaws on the surface due to the transportation process. If there is any bending, it can be adjusted lightly.

Stock Arrangement

• In stock items will be delivered within 3-5 days

• Preorder items may take 10-30 days, except Saturday/Sunday and public holidays

• If preorder items cannot be delivered within 30 days, we will send out the instock items and bear shipping fee

• When p reorder items out of stock can get full refund
